Psilera Names Allyson Gage VP of Clinical Development

Psilera Inc., a biopharmaceutical company pioneering next-generation neuroplastogens and psychedelic therapies, has appointed Allyson Gage, PhD, as Vice President, Clinical Development, where she will oversee the clinical development strategy and operational execution of the upcoming Phase 1 first-in-human clinical trials of Psilera’s lead asset, PSIL-006.

Gage brings over 25 years of experience to Psilera, with a track record of advancing numerous compounds through FDA IND approval. Her expertise in biomarker identification and evaluation in CNS indications, small molecules, biologics, and cell therapies ideally positions her to lead Psilera’s Phase 1 trial as VP, Clinical Development.

The PSIL-006 Phase 1a clinical trial will evaluate safety, tolerability, and key biomarkers in human subjects, supporting its development for neuropsychiatric conditions such as depression, addiction, PTSD, and neurodegeneration.
